The women’s golf team completed the JMU Eagle Landing Invitational Sunday, finishing in seventh place.
The Panthers shot an overall score of 905.
Maria Palacios had the best score for the team at 7-over-par and finished 16th individually.
This was the best finish for the team this season. Their previous best finish had been a ninth place finish at the Cardinal Cup back in September.
The Panthers’ next match is March 15-17 in Augusta, Ga. at the Insperity Lady Jaguar Invitational.
