According to a national survey conducted by dating website SeekingArrangement.com, 19 is the most ideal age for a female to lose her virginity.
The survey polled 75 universities across the nation and said Georgia State had 237 female students registered, the most out of all the universities.
Leroy Velasquez, public relations manager at InfoStreamGroup, said one out of 11 Atlanta females reported they were virgins.
The survey’s first question asked the 12,210 Atlanta women surveyed at what age a female should lose her virginity, in which 49 percent noted 19 as the “lucky number.”
According to Velasquez, the website used student.gsu.edu addresses to find the number of Georgia State students registered, implying that there could be more.
“The modern woman is selective,” says Leroy Velasquez. “They are pickier and more engaging.”
The website claims it is “the premier sugar daddy website” with over 2 million members worldwide.
According to Velasquez, these sugar daddies are made up of the “most successful men” in the country and help many of the registered students, sometimes called “sugar babies,” through college.
