Golfers set for Eagle Landing Invitational: Panthers hope to improve on last outing

The Georgia State women’s golf team will participate in the JMU Eagle Landing Invitational in Orange Park, Fla. this weekend.

Freshman Julie Lied will be in the No. 1 spot for the Panthers and had the team’s best score in the UCF Challenge on Feb. 10-12, shooting 11 over par.

Maria Palacios, Laura Sanchez, Melissa Siviter, and Kimmy Graff will also make the trip for the Panthers.

Georgia State hopes to perform better than they did in their last outing at the UCF Challenge where they finished in 17th place.

The Panthers are set to tee off at 8:40 a.m. on Friday.
