For students who have not had the chance to check out the Georgia Aquarium, or would like to do so at a good price, on Feb. 15 Georgia State is hosting for one night only.
From 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. students can enjoy the attractions with not only their friends, but their family as well.
In addition to access to the aquarium, new attractions will be open such as, Frogs- A Chorus of Colors. Other attractions include Deepo’s 3D Wonder Show, the touch tanks, the Dolphin Show, face painting and a harpist for additional entertainment.
“This year, we decided to purchase 100 additional Dolphin Show tickets so that more guests would be able to enjoy the awesome AT&T Dolphin Tales show,” said Director of Special Events, Jeunice Owens-Walton.
Pricing for the event remains the same for both Georgia State students and non-Georgia State students costing $13 for regular admission and $21 for both the regular admission and the dolphin show. However, after February 8, the prices go up to $16 and $25.
“College can be draining on your wallet, but at $13 per ticket for general admission you can’t beat that. Especially when regularly priced aquarium tickets (that include all attractions) are $35! It’s a chance to check out the attractions that Atlanta has to offer, while hanging out with classmates and friends…on a budget,” said Owens-Walton.
