The Georgia State softball team hopes to continue its stellar play with a three-game series against conference rival, the Hofstra Pride, in Hempstead, N.Y. this weekend.
The Panthers have won 13 of their last 15 games and are coming off a 3-1 defeat of Chattanooga.
Hofstra has won 13 consecutive games.
Their last defeat was on March 1 versus Texas.
The teams will play two games on Friday, with the first set to begin at 2 p.m., and a noon showdown on Saturday.
