Trashing the library

Someone vandalized Library South between the times of Sept. 13 at 11 p.m. and Sept. at 5 a.m. A Georgia State staff member reported the library’s defacement to the Georgia State Police Department at 8:58 a.m on Sept. 14. The case is still active.

 

Sept. 14

Carrying an illegal substance

A Georgia State student was arrested by GSUPD for having an ounce or less of marijuana. The student was reported to the police at 9:20 a.m. in Piedmont North.

 

Sept. 15

Charges on charges

While cruising down Jesse Hill Jr. at Coca-Cola Place, a non-Georgia State affiliated was arrested for numerous offenses. The person was driving with a suspended license, had no insurance and failed to stop to at a Stop Sign. The incident occurred at 2:56 p.m.

Losing a set of wheels

A Georgia State student reported that a bike was stolen from the Broad Street at Poplar Bike Rack at 6:57 p.m. The larceny theft case is still active.

Shady behavior

A Georgia State student reported suspicious activity happening in Classroom South to GSUPD at 2:13 a.m. The case is still active.

Disturbing the peace

In Library North, a Georgia State staff member reported a disturbance incident to GSUPD. The case is still active and occurred at 3:42 p.m.
