Women’s tennis defeats South Florida and Tulane

A number four singles win by Kristin Rehse and a sweep of Tulane propelled Georgia State women’s tennis to two victories over the weekend. The Panthers pulled out a tight match vs. the South Florida Bulls at Piedmont Park by a final of 4-3. The team followed that up with a 4-0 sweep over the Green Wave.

The victories improve Georgia State’s record to 10-8 on the season. The Panthers have two more matches left at home this week before the Sun Belt championships from Apr. 16-19 in New Orleans.
