Batterer: jailed

Someone not affiliated with Georgia State was arrested for a battery charge on Decatur and Central Avenues, after being approached by GSUPD on the evening of June 14.

June 16

Policy school schemin’

A Georgia State staff member reported to police on June 16 that he believes someone has, over the last two weeks, stolen at least $1,500 worth of school property from the Andrew Young policy college. The case is under police investigation.

Felony gun-havin’

A person without ties to the university was arrested at the Citizens Trust Building June 16 for toting around a gun when he had a rap sheet that prohibits such behavior.

Well, it’s gone now

A Georgia State student reported to campus cops that he had more than $500 worth of stuff stolen from him while at Langdale Hall on June 16. However, he might’ve just misplaced it. Police are looking into it.

June 19

Kell: burgled

A school staff member told GSUPD on June 19 that someone had stolen property from Kell Hall a day or two prior. Police are still looking into the complaint.
