Campus MovieFest returns to GSU

The Campus MovieFest (CMF), the world’s largest student film festival, returned to Georgia State’s campus for the 11th time in school history today.

Students interested in participating will compete to make the best five-minute film in one week. CMF will provide students with all necessary equipment to make their films including a mic, HD Panasonic camera, tripod stand, and will even provide 24/7 tech support.

After all the videos are submitted, CMF officials will select the 16 best films and show them in a finale in the Student Center Speaker’s Auditorium on March 6th at 7 P.M.

Prizes will be awarded to the best films, and winners will be entered into the CMF Hollywood event in Los Angeles, CA in June 2014 for an opportunity to win up to $30,000
